These terms explain how you may use TusmoPlay. Last updated November 5, 2026.
Using TusmoPlay
You may browse the catalog and, with an account, listen to available music, save favorites, follow artists and create playlists. Keep your login details private and use the service only in a lawful manner. Do not try to bypass account or playback controls, scrape the catalog, or interfere with other listeners.
Music and rights
Music, artwork, names and other content belong to their respective rights holders. Listening through TusmoPlay does not give you permission to copy, download, redistribute or commercially use that content. Uploaders must have permission for the music and artwork they submit; TusmoPlay may remove content when rights are disputed.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for information you submit and activity on your account. You may revoke devices and delete your account from Settings. If you have published music through Studio, deleting your listener account will leave published music in the catalog and detach it from your account. Contact support first if you need a release taken down or ownership transferred.
Availability and changes
Features and tracks may change or become unavailable. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or violate others’ rights. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
