Privacy Policy

What TusmoPlay collects, why it is used, and the choices you have. Last updated November 5, 2026.

Information we use

When you create an account, we store your name, email address or phone number, profile image if supplied, and sign-in provider account identifiers. Passwords are stored as hashes. We store favorites, playlists, artist follows, listening position, device sessions, messages sent to support, and ratings you submit. Studio uploaders also provide music, artwork, artist details and publishing information.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, secure your account, deliver music, remember your library, let you manage authorized devices, respond to support requests, and maintain the catalog. A shared invite link simply opens the website; no referral reward or tracking program is promised.

Services involved

TusmoPlay uses Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage; Resend for email verification and password recovery when email service is configured; and Google or Facebook when you choose those sign-in options. Those providers process the information needed for their services under their own policies. We do not publish your email, phone number or support conversation as part of your public music profile.

Cookies, security and retention

Sign-in uses a browser session cookie. The device list lets you revoke an active session. We keep account information while your account exists and remove associated listener data when you delete it. Published music remains in the catalog with account ownership detached. Some provider backups or operational records may persist for a limited time under their retention processes.

Your choices

You may edit your profile, revoke a device, or delete your account from Settings. To ask about access, correction, privacy, or a music takedown, use Help: Chat with Us. We will review your request and verify account ownership where needed.
